ZarKos is built on trust. We collect only what we need, never sell your data, and give you full control.
ZarKos collects a minimal amount of data strictly required to operate the bot and dashboard. We do not collect any sensitive personal information beyond what Discord provides through OAuth2 authentication.
The only data collected from users is what Discord provides via OAuth2 login: User ID, Username, Display Name, and Avatar hash. This is used solely to identify your account in our dashboard.

All data collected by ZarKos is used exclusively to provide and improve the bot's services. We follow a strict data minimization principle — we only keep what we absolutely need.
Data is used for:
Authenticating your dashboard session • Displaying your server settings and stats • Powering bot features like economy, welcome messages, suggestions, and triggers • Identifying you as a server administrator for access control
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, reselling, or any purpose outside of operating ZarKos.
All bot configuration and server data is stored locally on our hosting server. Dashboard sessions are file-based and expire after 30 days of inactivity. We do not use external databases or third-party data brokers.
While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We recommend not sharing your dashboard session with others.
Server configuration data (triggers, welcome messages, settings) is stored in JSON files on our server and is only accessible to the server's administrators through the dashboard.
The ZarKos economy system (ZarCoins, items, drops, etc.) is entirely virtual and for entertainment purposes only. ZarCoins have NO real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods.
Any attempt to illegally sell, trade, or exchange ZarCoins or economy items for real money outside of the bot will result in a permanent ban from the bot across all servers.
Economy data (coin balances, inventory, XP, levels) is stored per-user and per-server. This data is not shared with third parties and is only used to power the in-bot economy features.
ZarKos does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party companies, advertisers, or data brokers — ever.
The only external service we interact with is Discord's API (discord.com) to authenticate users and read server information, as required to operate the bot. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs how Discord handles your data.
ZarKos dashboard operates completely ad-free. No advertisers have access to your data or usage information.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To request data deletion:
Join our support server at discord.gg/ERJdY5HYgx and open a support ticket requesting data deletion. We will process your request within 72 hours.
You also have the right to access what data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, and object to how we process your data. Contact us through our support server for any of these requests.
ZarKos is not intended for users under the age of 13, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service which requires all Discord users to be at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using ZarKos and providing data, please contact us immediately through our support server.
