1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZarKos, you agree to these terms

By adding ZarKos to your Discord server, using its commands, or accessing the ZarKos dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove ZarKos from your server and stop using the service.

These terms apply to all users — server owners, administrators, and regular members. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt you from enforcement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZarKos after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Who can use ZarKos

ZarKos may be used by anyone who meets Discord's own Terms of Service, which requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older depending on your country's laws).

By using ZarKos you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old
You agree to Discord's Terms of Service
You have the authority to add bots to the servers you manage
You are not previously banned from ZarKos for violations

3. Permitted Use

What you're allowed to do

ZarKos is designed to enhance your Discord server experience. The following uses are permitted and encouraged:

Using all bot commands for their intended purposes
Configuring welcome messages, triggers, and server settings via the dashboard
Using the economy system for fun and entertainment within your server
Using moderation commands to manage your server members
Running the bot across multiple servers you own or administer
Reporting bugs and suggesting features via our support server

4. Prohibited Use

Actions that will result in enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

Attempting to exploit, hack, or abuse ZarKos or its infrastructure
Using the /say command or any other command to send sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content
Spamming bot commands to cause disruption or overload the bot
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or steal ZarKos code or features
Using ZarKos to harass, threaten, or harm other users
Impersonating ZarKos, its developers, or staff
Using ZarKos for any illegal activity or in violation of Discord's ToS
Attempting unauthorized access to the ZarKos dashboard or servers

5. Economy System Rules

Important rules for ZarCoins and in-bot economy

ZarCoins and all economy items are virtual and have NO real-world monetary value. They are for entertainment only and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.

The following economy rules are strictly enforced:

Illegal trading: Selling, buying, or trading ZarCoins or economy items for real money outside of the bot is permanently banned
Exploiting: Using bugs or exploits to gain unfair economy advantages will result in economy reset and ban
Multi-accounting: Creating multiple accounts to farm economy rewards is prohibited
Trading ZarCoins with other users within the bot's own trading system is allowed
Participating in drops, events, and daily rewards is encouraged

6. Content Rules

Standards for content sent through ZarKos

All content sent through ZarKos commands (welcome messages, triggers, the /say command, etc.) must comply with the following:

No sexual or explicit content involving minors (CSAM) — immediate permanent ban and report
No hate speech, slurs, or content targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, etc.
No spam, phishing links, or malware distribution
No content that violates Discord's Community Guidelines
Adult content (18+) is only permitted in servers where Discord has explicitly enabled it and only in designated channels

Any server found using ZarKos to distribute illegal content, CSAM, or targeted harassment will be permanently banned from the bot and reported to Discord Trust & Safety.

7. Dashboard Use

Rules for using the ZarKos web dashboard

The ZarKos dashboard (zarkos.qzz.io) is available to server owners and administrators. By using the dashboard you agree to:

Only access settings for servers where you have Administrator or Owner permissions
Keep your dashboard session secure and not share access with others
No attempting to access other servers' settings without proper permissions
No automated scraping or mass data harvesting from the dashboard
No attempting to bypass authentication or exploit dashboard vulnerabilities

8. Bans & Penalties

Consequences for violating these terms

Violations of these Terms will result in penalties proportionate to the severity of the violation:

Illegal content distribution	Permanent bot ban + Discord report

CSAM or harm to minors	Immediate permanent ban + law enforcement

Bans may apply to individual users, entire servers, or both. Appeals can be submitted through our Discord support server.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

Our limitations of liability

ZarKos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, data preservation, or error-free operation.

ZarKos is a free bot. We are not liable for any loss of data, downtime, or damages resulting from the use of ZarKos. Economy items and progress may be reset during major updates.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of ZarKos at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any consequences of such changes.

By using ZarKos you agree that the maximum liability of ZarKos and its developers is limited to zero (₹0 / $0), as this is a free service provided without charge.
